1. Jersey Quick-Dry Fabric Quick-dry fabrics are not all the same. Higher-end fabrics have a higher quick-dry content. Our cycling jersey fabric has 65% quick-dry function- typical jerseys have 55% or less. Our quick-dry is also "permanent", meaning it is infused into the fabric, not applied as a treatment which washes off over time. Furthermore, lower-end materials shrink under sublimation printing, so manufacturer's apply a thin coating on top to prevent this. Material with this coating cannot wick away moisture as well. Our material does not shrink, and does not require this coating. You can feel the difference when touching the fabric, and the higher quick-dry content serves to keep you cooler and drier on the bike. |

2. Full Hidden Zipper Some companies charge extra for full-length zippers. At Epix, full hidden zippers are standard.

3. Sleeve Elastic We add a soft internal elastic into the sleeve ends ensures a skin fit around the arms and makes for a more aerodynamic jersey.

5. Rear Silicon Strip At Epix, we believe that true quality lies in the details. And example of this is the thin silicon strip we insert at the bottom rear of our jerseys. This strip is hardly noticeable, but its function becomes clear on the ride. We add it to ensure our jerseys do not ride up while cycling while also allowing for a better fit.

6. Cycling Chamois Perhaps the most important part of your cycling kit- our ergonomic chamois is designed with comfort as top priority, and is proven to perform on even the most grueling rides. Our padding consists of 10mm foam at 50-60% densities (60% at the maximum padding area, 50% density at the outer layer). Lower-end pads offer between 40-50% densities. The contour of our chamois is made of 100% stretchy polyester microfibre to prevent irritation.

7. Intermittent Silicon Leg Grippers Full silicon grippers can be too tight and create pressure. Band-only grippers without any silicon may be too loose and cause chaffing. The combination of intermittent silicon strips with a thin band allows for maximum stretch while minimizing movement. |

We designed the panels to function best when you need them most- under very hot/humid conditions. Wicking fabric only "wicks" when you sweat a little- once the material gets "soaked", the moisture no longer evaporates on the surface- it flows down the panel and evaporates along the way. This is why we designed our panels to be long- giving moisture more time to evaporate before reaching the bottom. The result is a more effective moisture control system which keeps you cooler and drier when it matters most. |

1. Airflow+ Cotton-Lyc Fabric Our newest material innovation- Cotton-Lyc is 100% PBT, with ZERO polyester/lycra content. This material provides the softness and comfort of cotton, while still creating the skin-fit stretch-ability of lycra. This means that, like cotton, the fabric is exceptionally soft and non-abrasive, but unlike cotton, does not retain moisture and dries just as quickly as a high-end wicking fabric. The result is an exceptionally light and airy top. The difference is clearly noticeable at first touch, and even more so while racing.

9. Action Lycra shorts Action Lycra is more durable and stretchable than regular lycra, as well as thicker. The added thickness provides better coverage and prevents sheer. The 8.5" inseam on Airflow + shorts places the compression from the band gripper in the most effective part of the quads- reducing muscle vibration and related fatigue during the run. The extra inseam length together with a higher waistline means these shorts fit more like cycling shorts.
